I'm actually in the south bay -- use to live in SF when I first moved over, but decided to move to a warmer climate.

Hey G'day Folks,

Well, seems like San Francisco was pretty much, go walkabout,hunt down a pie & a decent beer. Whereas down here in SLO Co (San Luis Obispo) a few of us Aussie expats etc had a blast enjoying some awesome Blues!
Mem Shannon & the Membership playing live at the SLO Blues Society inaugural '08 gig at the Vet's Hall.
If anyone ever thinks of leaving the 'Big Smoke' and wandering down to SLO, look up www.slonet,org/~sloblues  for a great time!
March 1, The Boneshakers......come & rattle some of your bones  :)
Thanks for the info re the Kiwi Bar in Alemeda. I'll be dropping in for an ale or two next time I'm in the locale.
Meantime, if anyone Ozzy finds themselves on the Central Coast, San Luis Obispo County do let out a good 'cooee' & let me know your here.
