Emails & message board

Hi ladies,
I do apologize for the many emails being traded. I don't want to bombard everyone's emails with the messages that are being sent to me. When you hit "reply" to an email I send out, it gets sent to the group.

However, I've just applied a filter. You message will not be sent to the group unless I approve it. If you get a "declined" message. I've read it, and will respond privately by email. This will sometimes delay your message being sent. So if it is important please contact the assistant organizer of that event or myself.

If you want to reach the group-- the best way is to start a page on the message board. Everyone can opt in to being notified if the message board is updated

If you want to reach me, you can click on my name under my picture and select contact organizer. :) or click "contact me" under questions.

Thanks for your patience. We'll get the bugs worked out!
