Warning this group may involve discussing the cricket, the footy, where to get good pies, who can make a great pav or even involve getting together for a barbie and a chin wag while letting the billy lids have a play and enjoying a couple of cold stubbies!
If you think you can handle that, then this group is for you.
This group is for Australian's and their families, or anyone with a link to or love of Australia, living in the DFW area (or happy to travel to the DFW area for get togethers). Our aim is to enjoy social occasions and have a bit of fun. The group is not a serious culture group, it is just for fun. We are a down to earth bunch that enjoy a good cuppa and a tim tam as much as the next person.
We also enjoy chatting to Kiwi's (not to mention thrashing them at sport). So if you happen to be from the land of the long white cloud and would like to hang with a few Aussie's (or challenge us to a game of cricket) please feel free to join us - as long as you don't try and say you invented the pav first!
