The Paris Expat Aussie Meetup Group - for Australians living in and visiting this amazing city.
The purpose of the group is to bring together fun, laid-back Australians. To share a drink and a laugh, to meet up with friends or make new contacts, to share stories (even advice) about life, work and travel in France and around Europe, and to plan the next party! Paris is an incredible city to spend time in but sometimes it's great to hang out with people who know where you come from.
The staple event of the group is our regular monthly meetup - usually on a Tuesday or Thursday evening at one of our regular haunts (see Events for info about the next one - if you haven't RSVPed already!
). With the help of the whole group, we also try to get people together for Aussie-related events and celebrations (the Wallabies on the big screen, Australia Day, Melb Cup etc), and keep an ear to the ground for whenever Australian performers might be coming to town!
