I will absolutely look these meetings up. I am just making the transition from being tutored when my little boy has been here, to more serious conversation (I really need it) and this sounds perfect -

Many thanks for your note. My little boy is visiting me until next Thursday, but then he returns to his mom (with whom he lives) in the US, so I will be available for Tuesday night gatherings from then on. I hope to meet you at one of them. Mais je dois practicer le francais plus d'un fois par semaine!

I am an architect here on sabbatical from the US for a few months. Have you had any luck with these meetups yet? I am in Place de Clichy in a great apartment, but don't know too many people here yet, et j'ai envie vraiment appredre le francais de conversation!
