Moving to San Francisco, where should I go?

Hi,

My company leased a place for me for a month in San Jose for my relocation.

I'm planning to move to San Francisco from there.

Any recommendations where to start?

I'm schedule to see a place in Mission and on in Pacific Heights, are those good areas?
